2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Australia: 2–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
4. What is your return policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days in its original condition. Just contact us, and we’ll help you sort everything out.
5. Are your hangboards beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our hangboards are designed for all levels—from total beginners to seasoned crushers. Each board comes with instructions and training tips.
6. Can I use the pinch block or hangboard with weights?
Absolutely. Our products are built for serious strength training.
7. Do you offer discounts for gyms or group orders?

10.I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged.
We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on all the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
11. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
12.I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at support@mountainrocks.com.au. If the address is wrong, we can change it to the correct one before it's shipped out.
