  • Wide Range of Holds: This hangboard comes with versatile holds ranging from 40mm to 13mm, and it comes with jugs and two levels of slopers. It has holds for four fingers, three fingers, two fingers and Monos. The edges are smooth and round to protect your fingers. We have included a pair of silicone inserts for you to reduce edge depths by 3mm as needed.

  • Double-Sided Pinch Block: The pinch block has two sides. Side A features edge depths ranging from 25mm to 10mm. Side B includes large, medium, and small pinches. Its square shape is designed to help you improve finger strength by using your thumb appropriately. It comes with a steel carabiner and a strap loading pin, which make it easy to add or remove weight plates.
