This combo comes with a hangboard, a back strap with a 25KN Carabiner and a pair of pull up grips that can be attached to the hangboard. Designed to improve your grip strength, finger strength forearm strength and pinch strength.

• This hangboard is made of durable solid wood. It comes with versatile edges ranging from 40mm, 30mm, 25mm, 20mm, and 13mm. This design comes with a pair of jugs and slopers. The edges are smooth and rounded to ensure fingers don't get hurt during training. 
• The hangboard comes with a mobile holder pocket to help you measure your hangtime accurately using a mobile app.
• The hangboard comes with a pair of silicone inserts to help you reduce the edge depth of any 3 or 4 finger edges by 3mm.
• Use the back strap to establish a weight reduction system with weight plates or pull up resistance bands (not sold with the product).
• The pipe grips come with a sturdy rope, 5cm in diameter, and are made of solid boxwood. Dead hangs and pull-ups on these grips are much more effective compared to standard pull-ups on bars.
• It's lightweight: The hangboard weighs about 1.8 kg, and it comes with the screws required for installation on a backboard or concrete wall. Install it indoors or outdoors.
