[Versatile Edges] This hangboard comes with versatile edges ranging from 40mm (large) 30mm (large) 25mm (medium) 20mm (medium) and 13mm (small) edges. It comes with a pair of jugs and slopers. It also has the option to attach a pull-up pipe grip to do dead hang (sold separately)
[Adjust depths using silicone inserts] This finger training board comes with a pair of 3mm silicone inserts to reduce edge depths as needed
[Mobile holder included] This hangboard comes with a mobile holder to help you measure hang time accurately using a hangboarding app
